Hi, you mean you are selling digital items to be sent via email? ...this could rise some flag as far as I know.

Digitally delivered items are always a concern for eB and PP. Make sure to send out something physical if you can as well

You would be better to burn the digital items to a CD and post them

eBay and PP do not like items that are digitally delivered.
