Who changes ip's???

I use mostly MOBILE BROADBAND with my STEALTH accounts...... I know the VERIZON and VIRGIN MOBILE units changes IP addresses everytime you log on but what about the other carriers like SPRINT, AT&T, T-MOBILE??

Are you asking if SPRINT, AT&T, T-MOBILE have dynamic IP's (IP's that change)? If so, then yes.

They all do, the question is who has the better IP range. For me Verizon is great and Virgin but Virgin had speed issues.

Verizon number one T MOBILe just takes about 7-8 minutes to change you just need to factor that in its use
