Updated on my 5 week new MC999 0/0 limit
Ok, so I'm sure by now everyone has heard about the new MC999 that came out in October.
Well towards the end of the month I dedicated the week to making new accounts I made like 12 accounts.
The one thing I did different was use GV ; I normally use send hub, text plus, or I just get a new SIM card. Whether GV was a trigger maybe .
I decided to ride this out and go the distance on my first call since my public data base was not matching I was asked by trust and safety to send ID AND A UTILITY BILL so within minutes had that uploaded was told to wait 5 days so I did and called
I repeated this 5 day wait like 3 times and was just getting transfered from one department to the next for an hour or longer until they hung up or we got disconnected. Anyway I just waited over a week a total of 4-5 weeks since and told them can u please let me know whether u want me or not to sell on ur site rather than waste hours of my time for 5 weeks anyway they seen that it had been that long and the attitude of the call was different and helpful . They reinstated the account right away I looked at the limits which were now 25/2000 and I was thrilled but said what am I supposed to do with this , u made me wait hours on the phone pretending to be helping when u were probably told to give us the run around until we stop calling in , and I told him well " I won" he laughed surprisingly and I gave him a little ego boost telling him I guess he's the boss because he solved a 5 week problem in 5 minutes and told him 25/2000 is what this script readers are authorized to give , but I can tell ur running things over here anyway I was put on hold and got a 100/5000 limit
So I guess they figured the longer they give everyone the run around with this mc999 than normally they would just stop calling in.
Once in a while ill do stuff like this just for the experience of communicating with a rep and hopefully getting info
But the 5 weeks paid off |
