ebay and paypal linked by payphone?
 

Hi all. I have a quick question; I hope someone has an answer for this scenario. I used a payphone to call into paypal about one of my stealth accounts.

If I use this same payphone to call ebay about a different stealth account, will paypal and ebay link the two accounts?

Is it a bad idea to use my own cell phone (which isn't linked to any ebay or paypal accounts) to call ebay or paypal about a stealth account? Any responses are appreciated. Thanks.

I would use an unlinked ebay or paypal cellphone to call in?

my cell phone is linked to my original ebay and paypal and I would never use it to call in

Just adding to the OP's question...

What if we set the cell phone to "block" or "hide" caller ID? Wouldn't that be alright?

I think this (hide caller ID) could work here in the UK, not sure about US though.

I have contacted paypal from the same mobile phone regarding a few stealth accounts and there has been no "link" whatsoever. From speaking to the CS representative I got the impression that they could not see my number anyway. I could be wrong though.

Get yourself a google voice phone number. Then link this phone number to the pre-paid throw away cellphone you bought from wal-mart or whatever.

Google voice is FREE. So wont even cost you anything. For every stealth account use a different google voice phone number. Always link these google voice phone number's to a throw away pre-paid phone you can buy from Walmart (pay with cash of course).
