Account suspended without any reason
I've been selling for almost a year, 100% positive history, really good turnover etc. Never had any disputes, always sorting everything out quickly.
Randomly my account was frozen and they never bothered to explain what happened. I just don't understand how is it possible when my account was always in a good order.
They linked my account to another account which is banned permanently.
Problem is, this is only account I ever had in my life.
They are not talking to me, and ignoring my emails. I've provided them my copy of ID, proof of address, business documents etc..
I am wondering why there are no good alternative marketplaces, they are jokers! |
