Endicia integration on stealth accounts

We are interested in the Endicia integration package with eBay. It sounds great as you export shipping info from ebay and upload to ENdicia. All the copy and paste ends. However, with the stealth ebay on a VPS and Endicia on the local there is the communication problems. Course there is the possible linking issue too. Has anyone set this Endicia integration up with a stealth account?
