PP funds still locked new stealth acc about 5 days old.I will buy the book asap once my PP funds are useable.

I was able to go to the post office and legaly use my PO BOX numbers and use the actual post office address in stead of PO 12345 I can write #12345 .Should I changee both my PP and EB address' to now read as .

sd ca
12345

?CAn ebay track the address?
I will be using my post office "address" info for my stealth VCC , im buying from here.SHould I buy for both PP and EB ?
