Risk of getting a category limitation for seconds chance offer?

Ok, I had a category limitation for 30 days on 2 of my stealths. Listed too many of the same category at the same time. It was frustrating. I got a 10 item limit per month at the moment. Now I just list a second item right after the first item ends. Would I get a limitation if I offer second chance offer and then list the item regularly? Thanks
