When you ship something I know you use your stealth address.

What do you do when the buyer wants to send it back?

What address does he send it to?

You instruct him/her to send it to your business returns address....whichever address you want to receive it...

You tell the buyer to return it to wherever you want the item returned.

I rarely ever get a return. I always offer a partial refund to satisfy buyer, contingent on them keeping the item.

If however, a return is the only solution, follow rsot and James' advice and provide an address you have access to receive item.

I put a "return form" in every package, only costs a few cents for each one and worth saving yourself hassle if you have lots of returns

He sends it back to the address YOU provide that you can access.

YOU keep control of returns and make sure you define them exactly in your listing.

Key to good stealth is to have access to the address
