Ok ive got another dumb question, can someone put my mind at ease?

'Based on your history as an eBay seller, we may temporarily hold the money from each of your eBay transactions in a pending balance. We may hold this money for up to 21 days from the date we let you know it is "OK to send" the relevant item. Other limitations may apply. '

Is the message that pops up over some of my paypal transactions. Is this them saying, 'we know about your old accounts' or is it just the standard message every new ebayer gets?

This is a hold, it may be because your account is new. Usually goes away in 90 days as long as you don't have any issues. It's very common on new accounts.

Nearly every eBayer gets this on a new account

I got the holds on my stealth account when i first started selling

It will eventually go after you have built good feedback & built their trust :)

If a buyer leaves you positive feedback, usually the money for that sale will be available before the 21 days are up

U get those holds on ebay. Only way to avoid 21 day hold ever is to use ebay motors. Motors sales are never held by paypal for 21. Always available immeiately when sales come from ebay motors.

But since ur sales are from ebay. Yep normal to have that cool little box telling u 21 day hold
