It's not pretty.

You need to work on improving this numbers. Offer free shipping and send items out fast. Answer emails within 24 hours or sooner.

But more importantly, how many low ones (1's and 2's) do you have? OR do you even know how many 1's and 2's you have?

Yes, that's bad.

What to expect? No one can tell you for sure. Anything from account suspension to an increase in selling limits!

Rather than worrying about what might happen, get a plan together to stop it happening again / getting worse.

When we're honest about it, it's not rocket science to know what we need to do to improve low DSRs.

not many about 8 ,,1s,,on each

All of mine are 4.9/5.0 expect postage which is 5.0/5.0 so yeah i'd say your DSR's are pretty bad!

Like An0nym0u$ said, offer free postage, that's an automated 5 star

But...that is many!

That could have been just 8 people upset at you.

You might think 8 upset customers isn't all that bad, but eBay will look at it differently and see a reason to limit your account, if not suspend it.

You need fix whatever issues are causing so many ppl to leave such poor scores. If you start over on another account and continue with the same poor customer service, then the problem will follow.
