Ebay gone , Paypal still works , New ebay with same paypal ?
 

Hello.. My eBay account has been restricted for indefinite selling .
My PayPal account works fine though.

Can I change the primary email of the PayPal account and use it again ?
Anyone has tried this ?
Although , if I use the same email , eventually after a few days I will be linked and eBay will be down.
So , changing the primary email address on PayPal and making a new eBay with this will work ?

No your proposed method will not work.

Changing the email stopped in 2007. That is spoken about here.

There are many many posts saying that IF you start again with a new ebay account you must have a new paypal account.

Plese make sure you read much more before making threads.

@OP, simple answer - if one part of the chain (eb + PP) goes down, you cant just replace that part and HOPE to be safe.

Subscribed means nothing, but the answer is everywhere on the forums.

They answered it for you - the Paypal is done.

Everyone hates on stupid questions - that is for sure..

I am not trying to defend him, but sometimes is hard to search forums, and find straightforward answers.

But yes, the guide would cover pretty much everything. I wish the site had an irc and then whomever answers the questions would give you a post count :)
