Hi.
If selling in another country through VPS, can the fact that the delivery is still happening from the real country be reason for dispute/limitation?
Thanks.

You need to explain further - if customer is not happy about origin of the item (since auction says DIFFERENTLY), certainly he/she could complain to eB...
If your selling in Country A and you live in Country B AND you put in your listing that the item is being shipped from Country A, then you are lying to the customer and you are allowing them to file a claim against you.

Yup its best you make sure you put that in your listing description as well. Where the item is located and shipping time. It will help abit
That's what i thought too, but looking at competition i know for sure they are doing what MM78 explained, and judging from their feedback they are doing it successfully. I thought they know something i don't :?
Are you asking whether or not Ebay will notice from the tracking #? Because that is a good question.
Personally I have shipped from a different state (different ZIP code several states away) and that was fine.
I see no grounds for opening a case or dispute simply because the item was shipped from an unexpected location, as long as the delivery estimates are the same. But that doesn't mean your buyers will see it the same way.
