MC999 Suspicious buyer for item

Got this mail from EB yesterday.
Could please someone explain what is it? ...what shall be done? ...and possible reasons why this happened?

Hello [my ID],
We had to cancel bids for the buyer, [buyers ID], because they aren't registered on eBay:

[n° and title of my auction]

In these types of situations, we'll credit the final value fee for removed listings won by this buyer, and also the insertion fee if it was a single-quantity listing.
All associated fees have been credited.

Means the buyer got the boot by Ebay (he is suspended) - if he won the auction, the auction is cancelled and you are refunded final value fees.

Your account is NOT affected - don`t need to do anything.

The buyer was suspended although ebay will not say why.

Make sure you do not ship the item.

It happens from time to time. Nothing to worry about on your end. Like the others said. Means the buyer had a history of shyster behavior and got booted.

I got this message for a transaction I was already paid via paypal and shipped. Do I need to worry - I was paid?
