eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - New Listing -> Automatic 1-2 views?

I noticed that sometimes when I list things within 1 second there are 1-2 views. There can't be a buyer that clicks on the listing that fast so it has to be Ebay. Has anyone else noticed this? Does this mean Ebay has started to monitor you?

I did this for a few second chance offers - right after I offered it there were 2 views for all of second chance listings.

Ebay is checking if the auction is in "good health" and has no problem and it is properly formatted.
It appens to all the listings.

I always thought that the two first views is just yourself when you look at your listing lol. Good to know.

I did too :humble:, but assumed eB could have been one of them, not both..

I dont think that is entirely accurate as i have listed items before that have been up for days without any views.

More than likely you have listed safe, boring items.

There may not be an immediate 2nd view if the item is not flagged.

And I've always noticed these things right away also. I just figured my items were hot. Or the system scans them for some reason to view something really quick to make sure it's not a VERO items or what not. Maybe a copy of another auction. That is against ebay rules.

Iv noticed this too. Usually i receive 1 view but sometumes 2/3 immediatly.

Iv never veen overly worried about it as it doesn't seem to cause any issues.

rsot - yes, had 9-10 views on 4 listings on completely different accounts within a minute of clicking 'Submit'.
