ARGH!! Account Suspended...WHY?
 

OK..I am unhappy. My account was suspended over a week ago, all listing terminated, and I finally received an email "explaining" that my seller account falls into the bottom 1% for buyer satisfaction. I have 218 unique feedback with a 99.1% rating. I have 25 positive, 1 neutral, and 2 negative in the last 30 days. I took a two week vacation and wasn't able to send some things out till I got back (1 negative) and had an insured package damaged in transit (other negative). Does this get me suspended?

No...that does not get you suspended. It happened to me too and that was because I had several neutral and negative feedbacks in a row and I was selling things I wasnt supposed to.
EVEN IF you say you are sorry, go through VeRO and have letters from Lawyers, eBay will still put you in the non performance for some reason. I have the feeling they want to see how you take the impack of baing banned from selling for a while.

Not much I can add...other than the fact that after 7 days after this happened to me, my account (and others with it) got suspended and I was told I wasnt welcome on ebay anymore on the phone by a 18yo bimbette.

Cheer up...I just bought the super eBay Stealth guide. My only hope!

The good thing is you didn't get suspended for VeRO... if all else fails and you're not allowed back on eBay, just read the forums more or get eBay Stealth and start a fresh account. Don't worry, you'll be okay either way.
