$1000 bid on $200 item
 

ok selling around a $200 item and it jumped from $130 to $1000!!! Now the last to bids where 1000 and then 1025 last oneely made the account today and then $1000 has had his for over a year but his feedback is 3 with two negatives for non payment. Now can i cancel the bids without getting ebay looking into my account?

They sound like a very good candidate to cancel bids and then block.

Should have no issues doing that, just make sure you message the bidder explaining it.

could be a competitor using a different account, I would cancel his bids and note why, he has has several unpaid claims.
