Kelly441 | 12-20-2013 10:28 PM | Raised limits My limits went from $500 a month to $10000 and I only had 16 feedbacks and only about 10 seller feedbacks. Is this normal |
toml3030 | 12-20-2013 10:36 PM | Re: Raised limits Yes, they upped one of my accounts to $12,000 on only four feedback and seven sales, and in on of my other accounts they haven't raised at all afeter 40 feedback and 80 sales. |
JamesNorth101 | 12-21-2013 06:01 AM | Re: Raised limits Just be happy that it has happened.
Generally first increases are not that much, but it is know to happen
Don't go OTT and start maxing the account out for a while though |

An0nym0u$ | 12-21-2013 07:38 PM | Re: Raised limits I had 2 accounts that were created in late August just recently get bumped up.
One had 25/$1500 and it got bumped up to 100/$5000. And the other had 5/$500 and it also got bumped up to 100/$5000
On both accounts, I believe I just recently hit (and went past) the 90 day period. I also noticed my 21 day Paypal hold is finally getting lifted.
Feels good to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now comes the hard part...maintaining it :) |
An0nym0u$ | 12-21-2013 07:40 PM | Re: Raised limits Oh and forgot to mention that one of the accounts, the feedback is 16 total. So to answer your question kelly...yes quite normal to see this increase if you've gone past the 90 day period. |

I have an account with 40+ Selling feedback and about 40 buying feedback as well. Still stuck at 10/$1,000. Been selling on this account about 6 months. Does not seem to matter how I approach it the limits never get increased.
Hard to say how eBay views accounts. Likewise I have had other accounts with just a few selling feedback get increases relatively quickly. |

Kelly441 | 12-25-2013 01:14 PM | Re: Raised limits 350listings and $10,000 a month
I just looked and I only had 2 feedbacks as a seller
This is an aged account though, about 5 years old. The problem is that it is linked to a recently suspended account so I'm running and gunning this account. I wonder how long till suspension. |

The account can be saved if you slowly start changing info and moving the account to another unlinked user account on your computer. |

Well I'll have to try that. How do you suggest I proceed?
I will use a new VMWare session and new IPs
What about the other info?
Name, address and phone numbers? Should I change the Paypal information at the same time I change the same info on Ebay?
thank you |

The thing is since the account hasnt gone down in all this time...will it? Worth analyzing |
Kelly441 | 12-26-2013 04:04 PM | Re: Raised limits Am I right in saying that Ebay does not delete accounts and just take your money? I will get my money back right? If so it won't hurt to change the info and just keep selling. |
Kelly441 | 12-27-2013 08:07 PM | Re: Raised limits I changed all my EBay info, using VMware and new IPs, now I just have to change my Paypal info, I went to change my password and it said it wanted to know all the numbers from an old credit card I do not have anymore, how do I get around this? |

Or you can call the bank that issued you the card and find out the number.
I suggest (B). Sometimes if there's been 2 cards on the account there's a dropdown that lets you verify any of the cards you've had linked in the past. | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 02:37 PM. | |
