Blocked Buyers List

Been wondering about this for a couple of days, basically I want to add some buyers who I have dealt with on previous suspended accounts to the blocked buyers list, now what my quandry is, will this raise suspicion at ebay's end, will they think, how come this seller has never even sold to this buyer and yet he has him added to his blocked buyers list, I'm not sure myself, so any ideas, thoughts?

Maybe wait until they bid then block them?
Unless you list BIN, I guess.

That's one part of the problem, as most of the stuff I sell is BIN.

Well new accounts can't BIN and I heard using the list at all will jack it all.

A lot of sellers will exchange blocked bidder lists. Sometimes there are global sites which fail because the list is too great. But I've sometimes seen them do it just for a category where the number of names is smaller.

I don't think eBay links by blocked bidder list as you can always just find one of those big global blocked list websites and salt your hated usernames with it. But I've heard eBay does suspend you if you use the list for anything right away.

Yeah that's what I thought, best to play it safe and not add anyone to the list before I've sold anything.

As for the BIN, I always let my new accounts get to 30 days before I start selling on them, in the meantime I purchase some small ticket items, such as stamps, badges, trading cards etc and get my feedback up to the magic 10.

one of my accounts is
1 yr old
50 feedback
selling items for £50-£200

would it now be save to add about 100 users to my blocked bidder list although i've never dealt with most of them before on this account?
the bidder list i'm planning has NOT been used before with any other existing or suspended ebay accounts.

I do this all the time. I have a list of about 50 blocked bidders that I have been updating for 3-4 years. I don't add it right away but I usually wait until my feedback is over 20 or so. Plus, I usually sell low priced junk (even at a loss) in order to get my feedback up over 5 or 6 when I start using a new account. After I hit 5 or 6 I start selling my products Slowly. Then, once I get going (about 3-4 weeks) I add my blocked bidders. I have NEVER had a problem doing that.

50? I got hundreds.
