Remove LOW DSR
 

A buyer wants to remove a low DSR rating. How can he do that?

Send a feedback revision request.

If he left a positive with low DSRs, I dont think this can be revised.

Buyer might get some joy if he phones ebay and asks them to remove it completely.

Unless something has changed recently, the negative can be removed, but the option to modify the DSR rating is not available.

OP hasnt confirmed it was a neg. Has only said it was a low DSR.

yes, it was not a negative. just a low DSR

So if I send someone a feedback revision request and they change their neg to a positive, they can't change their DSRs?

Sorry, I misread and thought it was neg + low DSR.

Try to find out if you can even request a revision.

For example, I tried to request a revision and none of my buyers feedbacks are even eligible.


Click on Site Map > Go to column that says Community > Click on Request Feedback Revision.


If you get this error (like me), then we'll know the positive is not even eligible to be revised.

If that is the case, then you may need to get CS involved to see if they are able to do this (although, that can gain unwanted attention to your account).

So you will need to weigh the positive/negative of modifying this low DSR.
