low DSR for dispatch
 

Hi folks.

I am sure you have received similar questions before but when I look I have to subscribe to see the posts. I did buy the guide, a long time ago however. So... I cant see the help I am after exactly

Like many sellers I suffer from inconsiderate buyers leaving low dsr for dispatch. I post EVERYTHING First Class at least, within 1 day (except weekends) which I say on my listings. As we know that isn't good enough.

I have 366 transactions this year. My low dsr count is THREE with the maximum allowed being 2... I have 82% to ebays 0.50% in my seller performance records. However, when I click on account - seller performance - top rated I get 0.78% mine 0.50% ebay target.

I got the famous grace period email for my top rated account which made me check as I thought all was going well.

I have several questions.

Firstly, this is probably ebay basics but, like communication (automatic 5 if we don't email each other); will I get 5* if I mark as dispatched on the same day/ next day or can the buyer leave anything no matter what?

Secondly, how can I fix this if I have went over a fixed count. Its not like I can sell more and lower the %... or can I?

Third, can I email/ talk to EB and proof my items were posted on time?

Forth, has anybody some sort of DSR calculator that I can work out what dsr I need and when? Such as for feedback you need 98% for top rated so that allows 2 neg feedback per 100.

Fifth, my grace period is 4 months from now... as eBay is per quarter, will the low dsr drop off next quarter or... will they stay a full year and effect me?
