Once the requirements have been met, How long until I start getting the discount?

Also, I use a 2 business day handling time on my listings...Is the discounts only eligible for 1 Business day sellers?

On your next invoice, but keeping in mind the discounts will only affect the qualified sold listings.

Yes, so change your listings to one (business) day or you will not be eligible for any TRS discounts per listing sold.

Next invoice should show the savings but 1 day business handling is right to change vs. your 2 day right now

Yea, if you do the 1 day shipping, and upload tracking within that time, I believe you get auto 5 start for communication. Likewise for if you offer free shipping and shipping cost.

All I know is they need a "packaging" rating..

ok...I just got upgraded 2 days ago to TRS...So my sales today up until the end of the month wont be discounted?

I wish ebay did invoices from month to month, instead of mid-month to mid-month.

I believe anything that ends now, will have the discounts.

Anything before already charged your account.
