ebay account security got a call, watch out!
Just got a call from ebay account security once I listed an item. If I didnt answer I would probably be banned. Keep answering phone calls guy. |

| They always call. It is so much on some accounts, it is almost harassment. If I am at actual work, I may not be able to call.. they would have to give you some attempts. Anyhow, they have you confirm number when making account |

Just got one today, didn't miss it at least... and she just asked if i listed a particular item... And i said yes, she said thanks and that was it. |

There's nothing that says you have to answer their phone calls. I wish they provided the option for them to contact you by email only like just about every other website in the world does.
You guys should check out "Terms and Conditions May Apply"
It's a documentary on netflix and it's very informative. It covers how all the major websites use your information. |

They do not always call...I have listed on over 10 new accounts in the last 30 days and have not had a single call. |

Unfortunately, if ebay calls you and you don't answer you have a higher likelihood of getting restricted and requesting papers than answering. I've not heard from paypal in over a year i think, and i withdraw 700-1200 at a time , i try to never take out more than 65% of what is in there, if it's 2000 i'll take out 985. I want paypal to feel secure that if something happened, there would be funds in there to take care of it. since my items are 10-60$ even if they had 3 chargebacks of $50 each, i would of have enough in there to cover it. This tends to keep paypal out of my cell phone |

Yeah, I try not to give them a reason to call either. I will take everything out except for enough for all EB fees and 2-4 refunds depending on the account. |

I have for years, taken out all the money in my paypal account except for like $5 or less....I never leave more than $5 in my paypal account, and I always pay my fees for the connected ebay account before they draw it out. I've never had a problem with that in 16 years. |

I don't keep my contact numbers for my stealth accounts active... but as other people have pointed out the best policy is not to do anything that would merit them having to call.
The best policy with eBay stealth is to fly under the rader and keep the accounts in the ocean of others in the 'automated system'. Once your account is under the scrutiny of an actual human, things seem to go downhill very quickly. |
