Weird feedback bug?

Guys,

Now this is weird, and I can't find an explanation to this thing that I have encountered.

Please take a look at the attachment. This account hasn't received one single feedback for more than two years now.

Yet, the % is still at 98 and the DSR's haven't rolled at all even if they were supposed to last 12 months only. That means that in late nov 2012 all the values were supposed to be restored to zero. However, they remain like if the account would have received a feedback less than a year ago.

Has anyone experienced such strange thing? I don't know what to think and I don't know what could happen if I listed on this one back again.

I think it "froze."

Not 100% sure though, but maybe if you get any new feedback it will restart?

About a year ago I had a negative feedback that was suppose to be retired because it was over a year old. It still showed up in my feedback percentage for like 20-30 days afterwards. It probably is some kind of glitch.

It just looks like a good old eBay glitch to me

I would wager that activity on the account, if restarted, should get the stats fixed

It will take a while until I list, sell and get new feedback, though.

My selling limits seems to have a bug on one of my stealths. Last month it reckons I only sold 7 items. In reality I sold about 100. Account has limits over 1100 anyway so it don't matter but I'm intrigued / concerned.

And this month it's still on 0 even though I sold about 10. Always correctly shows what's listed though, just sold items that aren't logging.
