Set postage to only post to UK, but keep getting international buyers!

I've set the postage to: Send only to the UK, however keep getting international buyers purchasing the item and requesting me to send the invoice.

Is there something I'm missing? As far as i know when you set post to only in the UK it should filter out international buyers, no?
