"Your street address and city do not match".On ebay

hello everyone
I just have created my first EB stealth account ,but can not update my address.
When I try to complete the address it says:" Your street address and city do not match." The account is in Bulgaria, I've tried many different ways of same address, it is still the same.
Any one can help.
