When eBay Record IP address?
 

I made a new account using a different computer and location and IP.

Can I view my new account listings via my old computer which was used to list stuff on suspended account? I will no longer login into old account and removed all cookies. But I mean, is it safe to use old computer and IP address to search stuff on eBay and also see my own listings?

Again, I will not login into old account. Just normal search will record IP address and what listings I went to without being logged in?

I hope you understand what I mean. Basically, is it safe to use OLD computer and IP address to search on eBay and view your new account listings too?

You cannot use the old IP. It will need to be a new IP

So long as all flash and cookies are removed your fine to use the same browser on the same computer.
