llc question..
 

hi Im new to the forum and in the process of finishing the stealth book. I have a question about llc.
I have been suspended from selling. so im trying to make a new account following the stealth rules and cleaned ip, cookies, flash etc...

1) if i make an llc is it ok to put my name on it? i will be using a new address phone, email...etc etc for the business llc.

2) if i do can I use the CC -debit card for linking account for VPA?

just wanna make sure I do this right this time around....

You mean your name is John Smith and you want to use John Smith LLC?

thks, but thats not what i was going to do.

if I make a llc aka :gills llc and put my self as a manager "name is not gill" is there a way for them to see my name when i start a new pp and ebay account etc?

ive reading over the book and havent seen a detailed information about llc's and I havent used an llc before i just want to use an llc because it seems to be a lil more easier for starting a new pp ebay account and want to know the correct way of setting it up.

2) I also dont wanna spend the money for an llc if its not going to help me sell and waste the money if they can see my name as a manager or member on the llc.

any info on setting the llc up so i dont get caught would help alot..

Im just looking for an answer for this. if i make a llc and put my self as a manager can they see my name through the ein? just wanna make sure they cant see my name and link me to my banned account.

As for the EIN, it is public record. They could search your EIN and see the name attached to the business name.
