What if I been asked to send ID card?
 

Hey guys! Here is -20 degrees! FREEZING!!!

Anyway, lets say you call eBay to raise the limit and they ask you to send ID card and utility bill.

My name is correct with eBay and same as my eBay account BUT my address is changed. I can easily Photoshop it and change the address as same as the one I have on eBay and fax it to eBay.

When you usually send the ID card and utility bills, do they usually look at those and give the account back?

Do they check the information and your ID card number with DMV or no?
