any suggestion for alternative payment method rather that Paypal for australia?
 

ive got ebay stealth & carefully read through every pages.

however that is most likely for US customers.
for the section merchant account all the suggest websites are us based, cant use for aus ebay.

AND i have a few more information hope Donald can add on.
to change IP address for Australia user, first thing they have to check whether their ip address static ip or dynamic ip, i knew telstra, optus are dynamic ip, which can use methods listed on stealth, unfortunately my isp TPG use static ip, in this case all the methods u have listed wont change the ip address at all. need call isp provider to change ip address, and it involve fees.
