I find it easier when the account is a top rated power seller , I think its a great status to have because there are lots of little benefits, I was able to get 3 neg removed instant with a short call, all three were over 3 months time but one for instance was a Russian fed seller that had an unconfirmed US addresss so I called customer service and told them I sell only to US CUSTOMERS, they checked my exclusion list and off it went

yea i think its the most effective method...not really to bribe...but to offer some sort of compensation for any 'inconvenience' they encounered with my company

Have had a few feedback removed by a-hole buyers. Just by messaging eBay showing them what they send me etc. It is very rare. But if you have an established account and can prove to them the buyer has a history of this. Look at their feedback left for others and point that out if it happens often. You may have a chance to have it removed.

I also usually give eBay the old respecting the marketplace ordeal and talking about buyers abusing their power against sellers to leave poor reviews and extort sellers. If you are semi decent with words it can help go a long way.

Make sure you sound sincere when you contact eBay. Talk about keeping the marketplace safe and trustworthy and go from there. Gotta tell them what they need to hear.

The problem is with my accounts now is that their is no bad feedbacks only bad DSRs. I have no clue who left me them.

Actually I was on live chat for the last two.

The account is TRS and has all Premium Listings.

I just came across pleasant, polite, didn't ask them to be removed, I just asked EBAy to to have a look at it and explained why I felt it was unfair.

On both times I was transferred to Trust and Safety and they were nice as pie with me.

The last lady kept on calling me "dear"

I have a date with her next weekend.

there are ways in which you can sometimes use the reporting function to figure out who left you the low DSR if you know what you are doing..i got two removed this week using this method
