Possible withdrawing link?

I cant open any new bank accounts currently. Can I buy walmart gift cards through paypal and then send them to my home address? Will it link me if i send items I bought on stealth paypals to my home address?

if your home address is attached to a previous suspended/limited account - then yes. It will link.

You can always send it to another address that you have access to bearing in mind that it is not linked to any accounts

OP, Welcome to the forum. I have bought dozens of Wallyworld gift cards in the past several months. It uses your address from Wallyworld not your PP address. I have not had 1 negative issue. Just make sure you use the Wallyworld info and don't change in your PP profile. Good luck!
