whats a good dongle to use
 

i have multible ebay accounts an im looking for a dongle so my ip address will be changed when switching to ebay accounts whats a good cheap one to get.

By reading the forum i found that virgin mobile and Verizon have a lot ips to use and great to use with a dongle t mobile anit so good and any dongles that use clear wimax don't change ips so watch for those

I use a Pantech UML290 on the Verizon network. We pay approximately $50.00 (plus tax/fees) a month for 5 GB of data and $10.00 per GB over 5 GB. I've been using this dongle for the past few months and so far I've only had a repeat IP one time. I'm very careful to log the IP addresses I use on an Excel spreadsheet.

A lot of providers are on the Verizon network. Cricket is one of them. I wish Straight Talk would offer mobile broadband.

in USA don't know.
in UK THREE contract is the best.
changes IP instantly.
THREE pay as you go is BAD takes upto 20 mins to change IP.

You can use any, most pre paid carriers will say they don't allow you to tether but all you do is root the device and they cant stop you. You need to be tech savvy to do this thou, well its not hard but you could just watch youtube videos on how to do each brand/model.
