French Ebay

Hey,

So as it goes. I made a French Ebay and Paypal. I went to list an item on Ebay but it's asking for my credit card. What would you recommend I do? Buy a VCC and verify my Paypal and enter that card in to Ebay also? If I should do that then what site is the best to buy a prepaid card? If I should do something else.. What should i do? Please help.
