Employees at eBay are silly

So long story short i pissed off some buyer so this witch makes a new id then bids on all my items 6 total then right after the auctions ended i get a email from her then she leaves 6 negatives on all the auctions makeing me at -6 on feedback and in the process getting me banned from ebay but before hand i emailed ebay about here feedback mulpation and heres what they replied back

Dear denis,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your feedback concerns.

Unfortunately, I can't remove the feedback comment you received because
it doesn't qualify as "feedback abuse" -- even if it's inaccurate or
harmful to your name, character, or reputation.

Here's specific information on what is considered feedback abuse:
Feedback Abuse

The best way to deal with a buyer who is bidding just so he or she can
leave negative feedback is to block the buyer or cancel the unwanted
bid.

You'll find information on dealing with malicious buyers here:
Unwelcome and Malicious Buying

If we determine that a buyer is acting maliciously, we'll remove
feedback the buyer left. In this case, we didn't find enough information
to indicate that this bidder placed a bid just to leave negative
feedback.

Due to privacy concerns, we can't discuss one member's account with
another member, so I can't share the details of our investigation with
you. I hope this assures you that your account history will also be kept
private.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this
email and let us know.

Sincerely,
Lillian

That confirms my hypothesis that these are 18yo college kids paid $7 an hour so they can buy beer on friday night.
Even if you are blind you can see that this was a case of feedback manipulation!
Dear ebay...oh boy oh boy...

eBay are sh!t when it comes to feedback!

I had a competitor buy all of my items (20+) all items for over £100 and then leave negative feedback straight away with multiple accounts.

eBay did nothing about it .

You need to go into your eBay account and set your preferences.
You can Limit the number of items any one person can buy and the time frame thay can do it in.
I have mine set to 3 items in a 10 day period.
This is the same place where you block the deadbeat bidders.
It is called "Site Preferences" and is on the left hand side when you log into your "My eBay" page.

Hardly any reply you receive from ebay is a personal reply, they have templates for all sorts of issues, if another user sends them a message regarding a similar issue they will most likely get the same reply back as you did.
