If you install it in a NEW folder, yes it'll work fine. Just don't install in the same folder it was in before, and make sure before you do anything that any details for your last account aren't present in the New Turbo Lister. There is still a risk of being linked, I don't recommend using it.

Turbolister is not easy to remove from your computer even if you use a decent uninstaller program, and if you're using plain old add/remove programs then forget about it, it's still there in the registry, the only way you can properly remove turbolister from your computer is either use a top end uninstaller program or manually edit the registry to remove all turbolister entries.
