Mystery Auctions and NOT paypal???

Anyone here doing Mystery Auctions? If so, how have you been charging people if everyone is getting away from paypal? Just looking through ebay here at work and seen several mystery auctions, all only accepting paypal. Any suggestions?

It's hard to get away from paypal, it is more or less a necessaty as ebay have programmed it into the buyer's heads that if they pay by any other method they will get scammed, when the truth is you can get scammed just the same with paypal.

Mystery auctions are no longer allowed under the new policies they published last month. What were you trying to sell?

It took me 30 minutes tonight of looking through ebay policies to see that they did make that a policy. But then I did some more searching and there are still several hundred mystery auctions still going.
To answer your question Bob, I was doing a variety of them. One mystery auction was a PS3, and I actually did give away 2 of them. Another was a laptop. Guess I'll have to look for another avenue for revenue. Hate to get all my auctions cancelled right away!!!
