Multiple accounts and VCC
Lots of info on the ebook and forum made me very confused...
I'm using O2 Netstick, i'm located in Germany. Checked with ipburger, ip keeps changing if i connect and disconnect the surf stick, which is good.
I'm using win 8. people in the forum said that it will be better to downgrade to win 7 for a better user account experience...
1. How do i change ip when changing users? disabling the stick each time?
2. Opening a new eb and pp accounts should start in having a new Bank account. I am already registered to Payoneer and use it with my old account. how can i start a new bank account and debit card to withdrawal funds.
The information about names and addresses is not very clear to me. :confused:
Any help will be much appreciated.
