CC Purchase through PP without logging in

Hello.
Will paying for EB item with a PP registered CC, through PP, from a different country ip without logging in to PP can raise any flags?

Yes different IP can cause BIG risk flags to go off for PP especially and sometimes eB - suggest avoiding it
