Can't list new items from my account
 

I can't list new list on my eBay account. The message that I received when I list :

Attention Sellers:

Alert


At this time, you can't list any more items with this account. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

eBay occasionally places limits on accounts in order to help keep our community safe. This limit isn't a reflection on you -- these same limits apply to many sellers.

I have not received any message from eBay. As it is stealth account, I am not willing to contact eBay. Does anyone have this experience ? How do I do for the next?

The account is old, and has good standing.

Need more info:

Have you sold on the account before?

Any limit notices? ie: How much can you sell a month?

Does it say 0/0?

Did you use a forwarding service?

You may have to call in case you wish to save it. :rip:

I sell every day now. I still can sell but not allow to relist.

I didn't receive any eBay notices. My account has no limit to sell.

Then its probably a soft limit.

While you do not see them, ebay bots have a selling limit on the account.

They may pop up soon.

Id say wait till next month to see if you get limits or can just list the same amount on the account.

You dont need to call for that.

Yes, I think the same way. Wait to see till next month.

But if my list is end, I can't relist either.

Most likely a category limit for sure, unfortunately you gotta wait till next month.

Category limit is possible and - yes it happens - eB can REDUCE limits on any account...I have seen this happen

I don't think that it was category limit. I did't get any notice from eBay.

They don't send emails when it comes to category limits nor are they displayed until you list in that specific category and you are given the error you received.

I tried another catogories, it was same.
