eBay Limited- Can I link another users eBay to sell but use my PayPal?
 

I have read a lot on here about suspension, but not much about being limited.

We are one of the largest resellers of trade in damaged/not working electronics. Not shockingly, we have people (1.38%) that aren't happy and give us low ratings because they expect working tablets that are sold not working/parts repair. Regardless, now ebay has us on a limited restriction. This is ridiculous but they don't listen and can't help even though I give them over 20,000 a year. It blows me away.

Anyways so we have listed items to max us out right now and we're stuck until they review us in Feb.

The current account evolved from my personal account. I have another account we registered a while back that is my business account, but we haven't sold on it. We have linked my business paypal from the personal (limited) account for years now.

My question is, if I start listing (on another computer using a different IP address) using my business account, is it safe to link that business paypal address that was being used on my old account that is limited.

This is so ridiculous that they don't read through messages to see buyers that either try to blackmail me, or give me low ratings because they buy a cracked iPad and are mad it's cracked.

I'm at a loss. Hoping you guys can help me. Thanks a lot.
