Ebay is a psychopath!
 

I have sold on EBay for years but today it is driving me mad!

It really is like an abusive relationship. I am wondering if I have just been relatively lucky over the years?

Reading the thread on the UK Powerseller Forum regarding the Auto Managing Returns policy it is soul destroying. Where do these nutters come from who think up such destructive policies?

I digress. EBay have the ability to turn the most exciting and innovative way to run a business into the most terrifying and soul destroying experience on Earth.

I ran into a difficult buyer today, the first for quite a while. A timely reminder of what nonsense we have to put up with.

I have had this same feeling for years. eBay has been very good to me over the years in the sense I have been able to run a profitable business that I probably would not be able to do outside of their service.

But you are absolutely right. There are days I want to throw my computer through the window. Like you have alluded to as well. It always seems like every year eBay does something that makes life much more difficult for the smaller and midsized sellers.

It really is a love/hate relationship.

I had up to 20k invested on EBay up to 2011.

After it all came crashing down I was sure that was it.

All over.

I cannot believe I invested that amount not knowing what I know now.

EBay is a monster. Probably a cross between Alien, The Blob and The Thing.
