And how VCC work for Paypal, if I borrowed my friend address, is that be enough?

If you're talking about those "websites" that promise you a "Verified Credit Card" number that works for eBay/Paypal, I would say they're mostly a scam.

What you want is a Gift Card. Check here for a Gift Card Sellers List. I recommend you read the whole thread.
