Ebay item location different than country registered

The ebay item is listed as located in usa and i am in the uk.

Will this be an issue, account has low feedback about 8 feedback

Shouldn't be an issue. I do this all the time when I drop ship from China.

you are in china and item location put as usa?

or you are in usa and item location put as china

I'm in USA and account is registered to a US address and I change my location to China on the item.
