When i can receive Instant payment and no need wait 21 days hold ??? who know rules of eBay? Thanks for read

P/S:.my account work than 90 days. i had sold 23 items and have 8 positive feedbacks

No set date, but they consider accounts after around 90 days of good selling with decent DSR and feedback.

if you ship item with tracking uploaded then paypal will release your money 3 days after item is confirmed to be delivered.

Welcome to the forum. What bossman said ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^. The only way I ship is with tracking. Lesson learned a while ago.

My understanding and experience has been if an account meets 3 criteria, there is no more hold on the money....90 days, 25 transactions, and over $250 in sales.
