Should I make a charge back on eBay fees?
 

well, eBay account got suspended. They don't help or open it. Anyway, my last payment for fees to them was around 5k for that month. I paid using a credit card for eBay fees. Now, I have a credit of 1.5k that for some item that were cancelled and fees were credited back to me.

I called eBay and they said you will get a refund for that 1.5k and will go back to same VISA card within 20 days.

Its passed a month! NOTHING! Should I charge back for it with credit card company?
My PayPal account is still active. Do you think they will shut that down if I do this to eBay? I didn't use PayPal to pay fees. It was directly charged to my VISA from eBay.

Dont waste a chargeback on this - call up eB and ask for WRITTEN proof of refund.

As for what will happen to your pp account...eB will likely go down - pp COULD follow butr nothing is 100%
