ebay will take seller fee payments from paypal ac without permission

can anyone confirm this? i heard that after 6 mother, if the seller account is still owe ebay fee, ebay will charge any seller fee from seller's paypal account, automtally, that means if we have funds in the paypal, ebay will get it from our paypal without seller's permission?

Hello;
I have found this to be accurate, that if you have your ebay and pp accts tied together, that they will debit the pp acct to recover fees.
I have read this beofre, but i have never had it done to me, but it does make sense, after all-they are in business to make money..

so if we do not link paypal to ebay, they can not take the money, right?

or if we link PAYPAL account A to ebay account, and use Paypal account B to accept buyer payment, thus we will have no risk? because even ebay takes the fee after 6 monthes, they are allowed to take the funds from paypal account A, which is linked to ebay but no money in it. Paypal Account -B is not manually linked, it is used to accept paypment. though ebay/paypal find this trick easily.

Avoiding the fees...

The best way to avoid the fees is to close the PayPal account so they can not use it. Once closed they can not hammer it for the fee. Do this by changing the email address on your eBay account, the unlink from a seller account, close the PayPal account and monitor your accounts. If PayPal hits your bank account with a debit then go to your bank and dispute it. If they hit your CC then dispute it. No more payment.
