negative feed back after full refund
 
I have sold something for very low value, and buyer wrote to me after 2 weeks said did not receive the item , so I sent the buyer a full refund straight away, but this buyer left me a negative feed back still .How could that work ?

What do you mean how could that work?

Even when a refund is given a neg can still be left.

They can leave Neg Feedback any time you can contact seller to remove it or appeal it with ebay.. Some Advice for you always ship using tracking information

Yes def use tracking on shipments, and maybe even make a note in your auctions to the buyer making sure the seller(you) has every opportunity to make good on the transaction before negative feedback is left

OP is the seller.....

To remove the feedback is going to depend on available revisions.

Not a given ebay will remove just because of a refund.

May be preferable to sell lots of low cost items to make the negative drop off.

Why to use tracking on low price items? It's a losing proposition. OP handled it the right way - just issue a refund. Item is $1 or 2 so not a big deal.

Valid point.

It's in the budget set by the seller as to what amount of an item needs tracking.

All items I am selling are very cheap, I don't mind to give a full refund at all . But thank you all for your advices. Will try to appeal, hope will get it removed.

IMO if i was trying to raise my feedback score id rather lose a small amount of money on tracking and have the blame shifted towards delivery services rather then me and HOPING the buyer doesnt leave neg feedback even if i refund the money

call buyer and if necessary plead with them
