First name misspelled. Should i change?
 

Account is under real name and address.
Created back in 2011. Started selling 10/$1000 since Dec with no problems However, ONLY one letter of fist name is missing.
For example, real first name is: Alvah - BUT spelled in Eaby and PP as: Avah

So only missing one letter "L" in first name. Last name is correct.
If eBay use public recorded they will see address is belong to same last name.

Anyway, will I have a problem with adding SSN in PayPal? since they will check with IRS? if only one letter of first name is missing? but last name match

Also, PP allow minor name change. Should I do it or will raise red flag?

I changed the last name on PayPal on a Stealth account with one letter incorrect without any problem. This account has been selling for over two months.

Why not hold off with your social leave the name as is and when the time comes create an EIN and add that, if I came to this forum first , I'd never of gave my SS# to them, so if this is ur first account don't make that mistake go the EIN way

if you change it you have to send documents in. if it works fine I would leave it

Never requested documents on my Stealth name change, it was missing one letter.
