strange buyers case
 

buyer opened a case. It was shipped and delivered. buyer opened a not received case but in the description he said one of the pieces he received doesn't work properly. i responded gently and sought clarification and offered to accept a return to my special return address. also reaffirmed in the comments it was delivered.

I'm thinking this is a saavy scammer or a complete idiot. If ebay finds the not received claim in my favor, which it should, can the buyer turn around and open a not as described claim? what is the time frame buyers have to open claims?

He should still be able to open 'item not as described' case, after the 'item not received' case is closed.

if he returns it in a condition that you didn't send it in then you will need to get a police report to get your money from ebay
